How To Avoid Magnetic Pump Idling?

The reason why the magnetic pump can not idle:
● Because the magnetic cylinder of the magnetic pump is cooled by the medium, if idling will cause the magnetic cylinder to be held dead.
● Magnetic pump rotor bearings are mostly made of hard alloy and rely on media lubrication. No lubrication is not able to open the pump.
● The pump idles because there is no material to cool the pump, leading to the possibility of burning right through the diaphragm sleeve.
● The core components of the magnetic pump is the external magnetic assembly and internal magnetic assembly, if idling, will lead to high temperature demagnetization of the core components, the performance of the demagnetized magnetic pump is greatly reduced.
Factors causing magnetic pump idling and the corresponding preventive measures:
The flow is not enough. Here are the reason, suction pipe leakage, bottom value leakage, water inlet clogging, bottom valve into the water to try not enough, magnetic pump speed is too low, sealing ring or impeller wear and tear, suction height exceeds the standard and so on.
Treatment:
● Check the suction pipe and the bottom value, block the source if air leakage
● Clean up the inlet at the silt or clogging,
● Bottom valve into the water depth must be greater than the diameter of the water inlet pipe 1.5 times, increase the depth of the bottom valve into the water
● Check the power supply voltage, increase the rotational speed of the magnetic pump, replace the sealing ring or impeller
● Reduce the installation position of the magnetic pump or replace the pump with a high head.
The magnetic pump is still not filled with water to start the operation. Before turning on the pump, make sure to check whether the magnetic pump is filled with water, otherwise the magnetic pump will be idling without water and lead to damage.
There are impurities or debris stuck in the impeller, resulting in magnetic pump vibration and noise, reduce efficiency , reduce the flow rate and then casue the magnetic pump idling and lead to the pump damage. Impurities or debris should be removed in time to keep the pump operating smoothly.
