What is the reason for the unstable pressure of the magnetic pump?

1. The inlet pipeline leaks during use, causing a large amount of air to enter the magnetic pump during use, causing the pressure in the pump to decrease, the flow rate to decrease, the noise to increase, etc.
Solution:
Check the pipeline connection, welding, etc. to see if there is leakage, and then perform welding.

2. The inlet flow channel of the magnetic pump is too small, causing the inlet flow rate of the magnetic pump to be too high, causing a vortex phenomenon at the inlet of the water pump.

3. The inlet liquid level setting is unreasonable, sometimes water is pumped, sometimes air is pumped without water.

4. There are a lot of bubbles in the water. Generally, it is caused by the water from top to bottom hitting the bubbles.

5. There are irregular and movable debris at the water inlet pipe of the water pump, and the water inlet section changes irregularly, resulting in too high inlet flow rate of the water pump, causing cavitation of the water pump.

6. There is demagnetization of the internal and external magnets.

Elimination methods:

1. Check whether the automatic exhaust valve of the chemical magnetic pump is flexible and reliable.

2. Solve the problem of vortex generated at the inlet of the water pump due to the small inlet flow of the magnetic pump and the excessive inlet flow rate.

3. Check whether the impeller and casing of the magnetic pump are damaged.

4. Check whether there are movable foreign objects at the inlet and nearby of the magnetic pump.

5. Check whether there is leakage at the joint of the outlet pipe of the magnetic pump.

6. When starting the magnetic pump, ensure the liquid level at the inlet of the magnetic pump.

7. When selecting the hump curve, the chemical magnetic pump pipeline plan should be fully considered to make the working point of the magnetic pump equipment fall in the stable operation area. It is recommended that the chemical pump should not work in the unstable small flow area.
