I will share with you some tips for maintaining a corrosion-resistant self-priming pump, hoping to help you.
1. Check whether the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump, pipeline and joints are loose, and turn the stainless steel water pump by hand to see if the stainless steel water pump is flexible.
2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body of the self-priming pump. The oil level of the pipeline pump should be at the center line of the oil mark. If the lubricating oil is insufficient, it should be replaced or replenished in time.
3. During maintenance, it is necessary to remove the water inlet screw plug of the stainless steel water pump body, and then fill it with water to inlet water.
4. Close the gate valve of the self-priming pump outlet pipeline and the inlet vacuum gauge and outlet pressure gauge.
5. Inching the self-priming pump motor to check whether the direction of the self-priming pump is correct
6. Start the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump. When the water pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.
7. Try to control the head and flow of the self-priming pump within the range indicated on the nameplate to ensure that the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump operates at the highest efficiency.
8. During the operation of the corrosion-resistant pump, the maximum bearing temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees and shall not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 degrees.
9. If the corrosion-resistant suction pump is found to have abnormal adaptation needs, it can be stopped.
10. During the first month of operation of the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump, the screw pump shall be replaced every 500 hours and the lubricating oil shall be replaced every 100 hours.
