2. The rolling bearings of the magnetic pump motor rotor are mostly made of carbide cutting material and are lubricated by substances. The pump cannot be started without lubrication.
 
3. After the magnetic pump rotates at a high speed, there is no material to cool the pump, which may cause the diaphragm sleeve to burn through directly.

3. Start-up operation: If the water level of the pumped liquid is higher than the centerline of the pump axis during operation, it is necessary to open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the pumped liquid level is lower than the centerline of the pump axis, a bottom valve is configured for the pipeline.

4. Parameter optimization: According to the pump type marking and motor power, reasonably adjust the operating parameters and keep monitoring the parameters. If there are fluctuations in flow, pressure, etc., stop the machine in time to check the cause.

5. After starting the motor: Be careful not to adjust the flow rate quickly and drastically. The discharge valve should be opened slowly after starting the machine. After the pump enters the normal working state, the discharge valve should be opened as needed.

6. When stopping the pump: first close the discharge valve, then close the suction pipe valve.
