● When the bearing of the motor is damage seriously, there will be large friction and heat genertion, the solution is to check whether the bearing is loose, whether the stator and rotor are poorly matched.
● Cage rotor of the motor with broken bars or loose coil joints of the wire-wound rotor will lead to an increase in current, then temperature rise, the solution is to butt-weld the rotor or replace it.
The reason of excessive temperature of magnetic drive pump body :
If the outlet valve is not opened for a long time after the magnetic drive pump is started, it will cause the pump body to heat up.Therefore, when the magnetic drive pump is iperating normally, the ourlet valve should be opened in time.The reason for the heat of the magnetic drive pump body may has been emptied, the inlet end of the pump has brought in air or the inlet pressure is too low. Once the pump is vacuumed, in the absence of the water output, the liquid in the magnetic drive pump will constantly circulating and stirring, generating heat.
